Campaign concept · Q1 and beyond

Te lo dije. I told you so.

Miami regulars defend their casino out loud. One cast, built once, working all year.

Spanish billboard: Mirta, raising one finger, says 'Los martes son míos.' with the sung sign-off 'Te lo dije' and the Magic City Casino logo over 'La 37 y la 836'.

Regulars don’t pick a casino every week. They defend the one they already chose.

Every Tuesday Mirta heads to Magic City, and every Tuesday her friend Nereida asks the same question: ¿Por qué Magic City? The campaign answers it in Magic City’s own reasons, and Mirta gets the last word, sung in four notes every Cuban family already knows: Te lo di‑je.

  1. The claim. “¡Los martes son míos!” A regular owns her day, in her own words.
  2. The doubt. “¿Por qué Magic City?” The friend in the passenger seat asks for all of Miami.
  3. The proof. More jackpots, over a thousand machines, open 24 hours, FREE Play on the Rewards card.
  4. The last word. “Te lo dije.” A sung sign-off that carries the name and becomes the brand’s sound.

Four regulars. Spanish first, English its own.

  • Mirta, a Cuban-American woman in her sixties in a mustard blouse, one finger raised.

    Mirta

Hialeah. Owns her Tuesdays. Always right, and says so.

    Her “te lo dije”

Every Tuesday, Nereida swears she’s staying home. This Tuesday Mirta walks outside and finds her already in the car, engine running, Rewards card in hand.

“¿Y tú no te ibas a quedar en casa? Te lo di‑je.”

“Weren’t you staying home? Told you.”

  • Nereida, arms crossed, in a marigold blouse, unconvinced.

    Nereida

The friend who drives, and the doubter who asks why.

    Her “te lo dije”

Nereida tells her sister about the FREE Play on the Rewards card. Her sister calls it a fairy tale. Next Tuesday, the sister is in the back seat asking where Player Services is.

    “¿Cuento? Te lo dije, chica.”

“A fairy tale, huh? Told you, girl.”

  • Rolo, a grey-haired Cuban-American man with a moustache and glasses on his head, in a mustard shirt, half smiling.

    Rolo

The English-language Sunday regular. Calm, sure, a little smug.

    His “told you”

Ismael won’t go on a Sunday night: “It’ll be closed by the time we get there.” Midnight finds Ismael at Magic City, still going strong.

“Midnight, Ismael. Still open. Told you.”

  • Ismael, a white-haired Cuban-American man in a mustard guayabera, arms crossed, unconvinced.

    Ismael

Rolo’s skeptical brother-in-law. Caves in two words: “Free? Sold.”

    His “told you”

The guys at the domino table laugh at him: “You? At a casino?” Ismael lays his gold Rewards card on the table. Next Sunday there are four of them in Rolo’s car, and Ismael turns around from the front seat.

    “Told you.”

Four :30 spots, produced and ready to hear.

Voiced with synthetic voices, mixed over the “Montuno Count” music bed. Press play on any card, or open the script to read along.

The AI advantage

Magic City’s world and characters, working all year.

We build the world once: the regulars, their voices, their homes and the sung sign-off. From then on they belong to Magic City’s campaign, ready for every promotion, holiday and weekly story, with the same faces Miami already knows.

  • No royalties or residuals. The cast is synthetic, so there are no talent royalties, residuals or usage fees when a spot re-airs or a post goes up.
  • No casting, no shoot days. The characters are already approved. New content starts from them, not from a new production.
  • Changes by the quarter. Read what’s working, adjust the story and turn it around in days, instead of shooting a year of content up front.

Possible vignettes and promotions

With the cast and their world in place, we can tailor content to almost any moment, promotion or story. Here are a few of the ideas we’re exploring for the year.

Mirta and her friends laughing around her backyard table under a mango tree, where each episode is told.

The friends’ table, every week

Back home over cafecito, Mirta retells her Tuesday to the friends who doubted her. As she talks, we cut to the story itself: real Magic City footage, or generated shots of the cast on the property. Every episode ends the same way: “Te lo dije.”

Claim the Crown

The app team game runs October 5 to December 5. Mirta and Nereida team up in the app and trash-talk the other tables, in posts, stories and digital boards.

A New Million

When the next promotion lands, the same cast carries it. New line, same faces and voices: boards, social and a radio tag without a reshoot.

Rolo at his carport by the car door, about to drive to Magic City.

Holidays and Miami moments

Noche Buena, Three Kings Day, Mother’s Day, the big game: each one becomes a short new story with the same cast, in the same homes viewers already know from the ads.

A hand in a mustard sleeve sliding a gold Rewards card into a reader.

The Rewards card

FREE Play explained by the people who use it.

Days they own

“Los martes son míos.” “Sundays are mine.” Each regular claims a day, and the content runs on that day.

One universe, one year.

  1. LaunchSpots and boards

Four :30s on radio and TV, corridor and last-mile boards, digital stills.

  2. Oct 5 to Dec 5Claim the Crown

The cast plays the app team game across social and digital.

  3. Dec to JanA New Million

Same faces, new promotion, turned around in days.

  4. All yearThe weekly story

Social series, days they own, holidays, new regulars when the brand needs them.

Te lo dije. Let’s make it Magic City’s.

What we’d need to start: a yes on the concept, the local details for Claim the Crown and A New Million, and Magic City’s compliance review of the spots and boards.
